No regrets about going with these guys - this is what service should be.Changed both springs last year. Pricing was not the cheapest, but reasonable. A year later one of the cables got jammed, I thought the spring snapped. Called, Daniel came over the same day (Saturday evening!!!), fixed the problem in 5 minutes, refused to take any payment, even though I felt it was in the somewhat grey area in terms of warranty and was fine with paying for it. Reliable, friendly, up-front - very highly recommended.
